What is a prop firm evaluation?
A prop firm evaluation (also called a challenge or combine) is a simulated account with a profit target and loss limits. A trailing drawdown is a maximum-loss level that moves up behind the account balance. With an end-of-day trailing drawdown it rises only from closing balances; with an intraday trailing drawdown it rises with the highest balance reached during the day, open profit included; a static drawdown never moves.
