My Funded Futures rules in plain words
Maximum loss. My Funded Futures evaluations use end-of-day trailing drawdown. The maximum loss is $1,000: the account fails if the balance falls to $24,000 at the start, and that level rises with each higher end-of-day balance; it no longer rises once it reaches $25,100 on the Builder 25K.
Daily loss limit. Builder 25K: $600 · trading pauses for the rest of the day.
Consistency. Best day must be ≤ 30% of total profit to pass; Best day must be ≤ 50% of total profit to pass; None in the evaluation.
Positions must be flat by 4:10 PM ET; holding overnight: not allowed on its simulated accounts.
News. News trading is allowed in all evaluations and Builder plans; top-tier news is restricted on some funded accounts.
