Maximum loss (drawdown). E8 Markets evaluations use end-of-day trailing drawdown. On the Signature 50K, the maximum loss is $2,000: the account fails if the balance falls to $48,000 at the start, and that level rises with each higher end-of-day balance; it no longer rises once it reaches $50,000.
Daily loss limit. None of its evaluation packages has a daily loss limit; only the maximum loss can fail the account.
Consistency. Signature: none in the evaluation; Zero Max, Zero Starter: best day ≤ 40% of total profit, or the profit target rises.
Minimum trading days. None.
Time limit. No time limit.
Flat by. Positions must be closed by 4:10 PM ET; holding overnight: not allowed.
